QCC Leadership Academy

Mission Statement: QCC Leadership Academy will provide students with an interactive and comprehensive leadership program that facilitates leadership, awareness, and action on the individual, local, and global level.

Vision Statement: QCC Leadership Academy seeks to develop student leaders through programming that integrates the framework of the Social Change Model of Leadership Development.

Program Description: This program will be a full year (fall and spring semester). The first half of the program in the fall will be called ‘Emerging Leaders’ and the workshops will help students learn about themselves. The second half of the program in the spring will be called ‘Engaged Leaders’ will have workshops on group processes, community values, and getting involved. The program will culminate with a service learning project.
