When you become a mentor you can help guide QCC students through decisions and situations in their college and life journey. Who believed in you before you believed in yourself? By mentoring you can enhance your own professional skills and create a legacy by paying it forward. 

QCC Mentoring:

• Delivers vital college/work/life skills 
• Offers conflict resolution strategies
• Enables students to grow to their full potential
