Transfer Workshops

Workshops focus on the most common transfer topics and issues including how to transfer to Massachusetts state universities, UMass campuses, private colleges and universities, and schools outside of Massachusetts. All transfer workshops are followed by drop-in times—no appointment necessary—for general transfer questions. Transfer workshops are held throughout the fall and spring semesters.

Transfer FAQ Sessions

Students can get quick information and answers to common transfer issues such as:
• Important QCC courses for transfer
• How to pick colleges and majors
• General steps to transferring—deadlines, forms, and admissions requirements

Transfer workshops are held throughout the fall and spring semesters.

Transfer Visits

Each semester, transfer admissions representatives from area colleges and universities visit QCC to meet with students and help with transfer planning.

Transfer Fairs

Transfer fairs take place each fall and spring semester. Representatives from 30+ colleges and universities participate. Students are encouraged to attend the fairs to collect information and ask questions about transfer opportunities. Fair information is available at The Q portal, in the Open Door newspaper, in weekly campus event emails, and posted on flyers around campus.

Transfer Advising

Transfer Services provides assistance to students at our main office location. Individual appointments may be arranged on a case by case basis.
