Enroll in an Online Payment Plan

To help students meet their educational expenses, the College offers online payment plan options managed by NelNet Campus Commerce (customer service 1.800.609.8056). Students who select a payment plan option may select an installment plan that is spread over several months, depending on the length of the semester. Payments are automatically deducted by the payment plan company from an account provided by the student. Participation in the payment plan costs $40 per semester. All payment arrangements must be made by the semester bill due date or upon registration after the bill due date.  For questions on available options please contact the Business Office by email at businessoffice [at] qcc.mass.edu or by phone at 508.854.4560. Watch our video tutorial for more information.

Students must register for the payment plan through The Q.  

1. Log into The Q,
2. On the Welcome page to the right under Quick Links select View/Pay My Bill.
3. To the right under My Payment Account select My Account Balances, then select Make A Payment.
4. Review the bill. Make sure the correct semester is selected.
   To change the semester:
   1. Scroll down to "Current Option Settings" and select "Set Options."
   2. Select the correct semester and enter the year for the bill you want to view.
   3. Select "Submit Options." The requested bill should now be displayed.

• $40 enrollment fee per semester
• $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

Simple Steps to Enroll

• Go to www.qcc.edu
• Select The Q (top right of page)
• Log into The Q
• On the "Welcome" page to the right under "Quick Links" select “View/Pay My Bill".
• To the right under "My Payment Account" select "My Account Balances".
• Select "Make A Payment".
• You will be routed to our third party payment portal managed by Nelnet Campus Commerce.
• Here you can enroll in an on-line payment plan when available - see available options below.

Before you click the Submit button, please read carefully through the Final Review and the Terms and Conditions. An immediate email will be sent (if an email address was provided for the person responsible for payment) confirming enrollment in the payment plan.

PLEASE NOTE: All down payments are processed immediately along with the $40 enrollment fee. All remaining payments are deducted on the 5th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. All charges are subject to change. Payment is due on or before the due date for each semester and upon enrollment after the due date NOT the dates of the payment plan options below.

You must be enrolled in classes before you can enroll in an on-line payment plan.

Target dates to enroll in an online payment plan:

Summer I & II 2020

The Summer l bill due date is May 27, 2020 and the payment plan closes on May 22, 2020.
The Summer II bill due date is July 07, 2020 and the payment plan closes on June 23, 2020.

Fall 2020

The Fall 2020 bill due date is August 26, 2020. The payment plan closes on September 16, 2020.

Spring 2021

The Spring 2021 bill due date is January 6, 2021. The payment plan closes on January 27, 2021.
